In light of the secular ‘work-from-home’ trend, the Hume Hub will offer 30 high-end condominiums that provide flexible and accommodative ‘home office’ spaces. Residents of the building will have access to other productive spaces via 2 elevators and 2 stairways that will enable a healthy work-life balance. Also, underground vehicle parking and bicycle storage (via a private secure entrance) will be available for each residential unit, as well as a large underground partitioned storage area for use by all tenants. Finally, it is envisioned that each underground parking space will be able to access a pre-installed EV charging grid too.
